SWITCH Lighting has added five new executive team members. The new hires are part of a “commercialization phase” this year.
Dan Macsherry has been named chief financial officer, Gary Rosenfield has been named executive vice president of marketing and national accounts, Bill Lenihan has been named executive vice president of business development, David Becker has been named national sales director, retail and hospitality, and Sam Stark has been named regional sales director, commercial and industrial.
Brett Sharenow, formerly the company’s CFO and CSO, will transition to the position of chief product officer and chief administrative officer.
“There are very few times in life when one can be a part of a project that changes history. Replacing the Edison bulb – a technology that has been around for over a century – is one of those times,” said Tracy Bilbrough, CEO of SWITCH. “Now that SWITCH is beginning to release our first bulbs, our company needs additional resources and leadership, and we have been fortunate to add some world class individuals to the team.”
