PINE BROOK, N.J. – MaxLite today announced the amicable settlement of a patent infringement lawsuit that had been initiated against the company by Jiaxing Super Lighting Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. (“Jiaxing Super Lighting”), a Chinese contract manufacturer based in the city of Jiaxing, located in Zhejiang province. The lawsuit involved MaxLite’s LED tube products.
“We are pleased to settle this matter and in doing so, reestablish our partnership with Jiaxing Super Lighting. The company is an innovative manufacturer and one with whom we are proud to be allied.
