GE Lighting Solutions LLC has brought a patent infringement suit against AgiLight, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas. AgiLight is the maker of the SignRayz series of LED light strings.
AgiLight reportedly is a subsidiary of General LED. GE’s February 13th filing in the Ohio Northern District Court alleges infringement on four of its patents. Those patents include numbers 7,160,140; 7,520,771; 7,633,055 and 7,832,896.
GE has requested a trial by jury. They are seeking monetary damages including attorney’s fees and costs associated with the case. GE is also asking that all products that are infringing on its patents and anything used to make those products be destroyed.
