Cincinnati, OH – LSI Industries Inc., (NASDAQ:LYTS), a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of outdoor and indoor lighting and graphics for commercial, industrial and multi-site retail applications, has announced that the company managed, produced and implemented the interior graphics and signage program at a HEB Grocery Company (H-E-B) Houston location. H-E-B operates 400 stores in Texas and Mexico and has annual sales of $26 billion.
The recent grand opening of this H-E-B location is the first in a rollout of “new urban” store designs that H-E-B is initiating. LSI Industries produced all of the store’s interior graphics and signage, acting as H-E-B’s “chosen vendor” to serve this new 96,000 square foot facility. The Houston H-E-B location features dining inside and out, parking above the store (with an automated grocery conveyor system), a roastery coffee kitchen, a wine-and beer-tasting counter, pharmacy, and a large salad bar with 60+ options. For each of these specialty areas, LSI was challenged with creating graphics and signage to help create distinctive atmospheres reminiscent of individual shops.
