NEW YORK – Early Bird Registration for LightFair’s 2023 edition is currently open, with reduced rates starting at $69 for exhibit hall passes and $69 for conference passes, running through March 31. “LightFair’s early-bird rates are the most affordable way for industry professionals to take advantage of the updated Conference schedule and robust Trade Show offerings,” said Dan Darby, LightFair Show Director. “Pre-registering online will allow attendees to begin planning out their visit while saving time on-site.”
For its 2023 edition, the LightFair Conference will present 100+ Conference sessions offering CEU credits across five, interconnected learning tracks. The two days preceding the trade show are dedicated to education and workshops in 1-day and 3-hour long courses. Wednesday through Friday, the Conference will present tracks with either 90-minute sessions or 60-minute sessions.
Conference passes, which include access to the reimagined Conference with CEU-accredited courses, exhibit hall access, on-floor education and curated tours, will increase on April 1 with rates starting at $99. The expo-only passes, which include access to the exhibit hall, on-floor sessions and curated tours, will increase to $99 on April 1. Registration for the trade show is complimentary for IES and IALD members as well as students; IES and IALD members also receive a 25% discount for all conference sessions. LightFair’s Trade Show will present nearly 300 exhibits including four pavilions – The Collective, Design Pavilion, Outdoor Pavilion and Technology Pavilion. The exhibit hall also offers on-floor education in the IES-run Outdoor Exchange and IES Live, as well as the IALD Designery. Attendees will also see the firsttime Immersive Lighting Installations as part of the Trade Show’s offering.
