WILMINGTON, Mass. – LEDVANCE is proud to announce the appointment of Lynnette Schaeffer as the new Director of Training, overseeing the innovative LIGHTPOINT® training program.

Schaeffer’s career began in 1998 at Van Meter Industrial, evolving through roles in global lighting firms where she honed her expertise in supply chain management, product development, and smart lighting technologies. With an MBA and LC Certification, she transitioned to training in 2020, applying over two decades of industry experience to educate a wide range of professionals in the lighting industry.
“I’m excited to join LEDVANCE and contribute to the company’s growth by enhancing our training and sales development programs,” said Schaeffer. “I look forward to welcoming our distribution partners to our state-of-the-art LIGHTPOINT training facility in Westfield, Indiana, through both online and in-person sessions.”
