NORCROSS, Ga. — Halco Lighting Technologies® (Halco), a leading manufacturer of lighting solutions serving the residential, commercial, and industrial markets, has announced the sale of its specialty lighting business (J&J Electronics & Sollos Landscape Lighting®) to Hayward Holdings, Inc. (Hayward).
Halco’s specialty lighting business includes a portfolio of lighting solutions serving the residential and commercial pool, spa, fountain, and landscape lighting distribution markets. These products have become recognized as leaders in these categories and the distribution markets they are sold through.

The sale of the specialty lighting business allows Halco to expand its focus on its core strength servicing maintenance, renovation, retrofit, and construction in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments. In addition, providing the specialty lighting business an excellent fit for its offerings, which are complementary to Hayward’s industry-leading portfolio of pool equipment and technology.
