I found this podcast to be extremely powerful and spot on. There is a movement in bring lamps back. GJ6.6 new ANSI and pending IEC standards for T-LED’S. Which is a significant portion of the commercial market. If you would like to speak further on it, I would be happy to discuss.
Thank you for your contribution to the world of lighting

I think you guys hit the nail on the head! It will be hard to even retrofit the dedicated LED fixtures out there, even if they have a driver. The socket will make a comeback in the near future. The GJ6.6, a new TLED lampholder will make this possible. We’re working on a full solution for everybody in the entire lighting chain at Louvers International!

We change because we perceive a benefit or because we are in pain. But whether motivated by a perceived benefit to come or pain we have to ask ourselves what we are giving up. What also have to ask ourselves what others are giving up. This industry divorced itself from the socket. I think it was a mistake….
