EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — GE Lighting’s Evolve™ LED Scalable Area Light has earned a 2013 LightTrades™ Award presented by EdisonReport, which recognizes the top ten lighting products introduced in 2013.
GE’s Evolve LED Scalable Area Lights deliver GE’s award-winning LED outdoor lighting technology, featuring greater flexibility, style and scalability coupled with higher lumen outputs, two color temperatures to suit user preference and even more photometric options for illuminating outside areas. GE’s ecomagination℠ Evolve LED Scalable Area Lights deliver 30 percent energy savings compared with traditional high-intensity discharge or metal halide lighting, and are rated for 50,000-hours life (more than 10 years based on 12 hours of operation per day).
A group of five judges evaluated lighting products introduced in 2013 at the industry’s largest conferences and tradeshows, including LIGHTFAIR International, IES Street and Area Conference, IES Annual Conference, Lux Live, Strategies in Light and The Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition.
