We’re so pleased to introduce our new online experience to you. Watch a short video tutorial below to learn how to navigate and find information on the new website.
New Qualified Products Lists
The redesigned QPLs have the same features and functionality you’re used to, but with a modernized layout. Be sure to log in or create an account to access the full functionality of the new QPLs.
Please be aware that big changes take time. You may notice that some data has not yet populated on the QPLs today. All data should fully appear in the next few days. Please let us know if you see something that doesn’t look quite right!
MyDLC: Your Launch Pad
The new, customized MyDLC dashboard is your launch pad for managing your DLC experience. A free MyDLC account gives you access to many more features on each of our Qualified Products Lists, including the ability to download product information, save your search criteria, and save individual products to a list to access later.
When you log in, you’ll also be able to:
- Access the Application Portal to see information on your applications and listed products
- Stay up to date on the latest DLC news and events
- Review past DLC webinars
- Manage your organization’s users and access to DLC resources
- Quickly access the SSL, NLC, and Hort Qualified Products Lists and Technical Requirements
Note that if you already have a DLC account, you do not have to create a new account to access the MyDLC dashboard. You will be prompted to reset your existing DLC password the first time you log in.
The DLC Application Portal
The DLC will continue to process product applications through our current portal with the launch of the new website. You can access the application portal using the blue button at the top of your MyDLC dashboard once logged in, or go directly to ams.designlights.org/my-account to view your applications.
Note that you will be prompted to reset your existing DLC password the first time you log in to MyDLC. However, you will need to enter your old DLC password again to access the application portal.
There will be no delay or disruption in application processing, and you can expect to see the same interface you are used to. In coming months, we will be launching a new application portal that will streamline the application process and make it easier for submitters to track the progress of their application review.
Changes to the Horticultural Application Process
With the launch of our new website, the process for submitting horticultural lighting applications has changed. Hort applications are now submitted the same way as solid-state lighting applications: by filling out an Excel-based application form and uploading it to the Application Portal. To learn more about the changes to the process for submitting horticultural applications, please register for one of the webinars below. Horticultural lighting submitters will also receive specific information about the changes to the process shortly by email.
