Maxlite Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

WEST CALDWELL, N.J. – MaxLite, a leading global manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting solutions since 1993, today announced the appointment of Dennis Nolan as chief financial officer.

Dennis brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and IT infrastructure to his new role at MaxLite. For the last five years, he was CFO of Ward Leonard, a leading manufacturer of motors, controls, and power generation products.

Dennis is ideally suited to help lead MaxLite to continued growth and advance our mission of being easy to business with.”

Dennis previously held senior leadership positions at Unicorr Packaging Group, Numet Industries, and Rockwood Service Corporation. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
