“While Strategies in Light’s commitment to providing premier education and engagement opportunities remains stronger than ever, the health and well-being of attendees, exhibitors, speakers and staff is our top priority,” said Lester Craft, Executive Vice President of Endeavor Business Media’s Lighting Group. “The timing of California’s recovery plan, CDC guidelines, and close discussions with local officials and partners have prompted our difficult decision to postpone the event until June. Conference planning efforts are already well underway, with a 40% year over year increase in response to our recent Call for Abstracts. We look forward to an exceptional event in 2021 where the industry can come together to learn, network and engage.”

Attracting attendees from around the world, the annual in-person Strategies in Light conference and expo will maintain its focus on educating the lighting sector through peer-reviewed sessions, panel discussions, forums and an exhibition showcasing more than 100 vendors.

For currently booked exhibitors, please note the following options for your existing contract:

  • Option 1: Your exhibit space and/or sponsorship will be transferred to the new dates. Our sales team will be in communication with you soon regarding next steps.
  • Option 2: Contact us to re-allocate your deposit from the event to other advertising opportunities.
  • Option 3: Contact your sales representative to discuss alternate options.

Thank you for your understanding of these changes and we look forward to seeing you in Santa Clara!
