On Monday, November 23, RAB Lighting filed a patent infringement lawsuit against IDEAL INDUSTRIES LIGHTING LLC, d/b/a CREE LIGHTING, and E-CONOLIGHT LLC, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. The complaint cites infringement of the following three patents:
- ‘970 entitled, “Light Fixture with Peripheral Cooling Channels”
- ’816 patent, entitled “Light Fixture with Central Lighting Housing and Peripheral Cooling Housing”
- ’202 patent, entitled “Bullet Shaped LED Flood Light,”
