TAMPA, Fla. — QSSI announced that it has acquired FX Lighting, a manufacturer of rugged industrial and food service (NSF certified) lighting fixtures based in Raleigh, NC.
Rick Edens, QSSI’s Chief Executive Officer said, “FX Lighting expands our product line with high performance products while serving a market sector we have wanted to enter. QSSI intends to retain the FX Lighting brand and to produce and maintain inventory in all 6 of its North American facilities. The current product range provides a solid platform for growth within its sector and to expand with new products.
The transaction was completed on June 29, 2021. Terms were not disclosed. Merrimack Group served as advisor to QSSI.
