COMMERCE, Calif. — Nora Lighting has expanded its Customer Service Department with the addition of five new team members, announced Executive Vice President Jilla Farzan.
The new customer service staff includes one Nora promotion and four new hires:
- Esteban Nunez, who has worked at Nora for three years, was promoted from Production to Customer Service;
- Emily Alvarado and Lupe Reyes joined as new Customer Service Reps;
- Terina Avila and Nora Prieto were hired to oversee Customer Service /National Accounts.

The team can supply all specification and product data, inventory reports, order status and shipping updates.
