Chatsworth, CA – LightForms, LLC CEO Jack Zukerman has announced that, effective immediately, the new name for his architectural lighting design and manufacturing corporation is LF Illumination LLC. Citing an error made by LightForms former law firm, Zukerman remarked, “Our reliance on counsel’s assurances regarding the formation of our company’s name has been ill-advised. In order that there not be any confusion in the architectural lighting market, we have adopted the new name of LF Illumination LLC.”
