Effective September 6, 2018, Dr. Jacob C. Tarn has resigned as CEO of LEDVANCE for personal reasons. Dr. Tarn has informed the members of the Supervisory Board about his decision. The Supervisory Board has already started the search for a new CEO. Until that position is filled, Dr. Tarn’s responsibilities will be assumed jointly by the two managing directors Erol Kirilmaz, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and Tim Yun Chen, Chief Financial Officer.
