EiKO Global has named Daniel Katz as LED Product Manager, effective January 20, 2020. Katz will be managing the LED indoor fixture product line, with a focus on downlights. He’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and launching product into the electrical distribution channel, as well as researching and providing market intelligence and insight to customers, and supporting the phase-in and phase-out of all launched products. His role is essential to EiKO’s commitment to providing the right products, at the right price, at the right time.
For the past seven years, Katz has worked in sales and product development for one of the top tier lighting manufacturers, driving sales by listening to the VOC. His experience with specifiers, distributors, and contractors will allow Katz to have an immediate impact at EiKO in delivering key products to the distribution network. With prior roles in market development, category management, account management, national account management, and product management, Katz’s expertise in the electrical industry aligns with EiKO’s focus on distribution and delivering value add products to distributors and end users.
