PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. — WAC Lighting proudly announced that its new InvisiLED CCT Color Temperature Adjustable Tape Light System has received a 2020 Lightfair Innovation Award. InvisiLED won in the category of “Dynamic Color, Theatrical, Cove, Strips and Tape.” The 31st annual awards recognize innovative products and designs introduced by LightFair 2020 exhibitors during the last 12 months. Originally scheduled to be presented in person at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the awards were announced digitally after the cancellation of LightFair 2020 due to the COVID-19 crisis.
The specifier or end-user may choose the desired LED Adjustable Tape with five selectable CCTs (Correlated Color Temperatures). The flexible LED tape may be cut and easily reconnected every 4 inches.
A UV stabilized protective coating protects LEDs and circuitry for long term use in damp locations. The connections may be separated and reconnected at each junction point.
InvisiLED delivers up to 660 lumens per foot with equal brightness for an entire light strip. The lighting product includes a strong adhesive bonding featuring 3M adhesive VHB.
Gold plated connectors protect the luminaire from corrosion and heat while ensuring a reliable electrical connection.
The tape offers up to a 100-foot maximum distance between the power supply and the beginning of the 24Volt DC InvisiLED. Five CCTs are offered—2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. It features a 95 CRI (color rendering index).
InvisiLED CCT mounts on ceilings, floors, undercabinet and walls in a variety of orientations for a myriad of applications including accent, ambient and task lighting.
It is powered in a variety of wattages: 1.2 Watts per foot, 2.4 Watts per foot, 3 Watts per foot, 4.6 Watts per foot and 6.3 Watts per foot.
