NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Universal Lighting Technologies announced the promotion of lighting industry veteran Janel Carr to the sales team as the new senior account sales representative of the South Central region of the United States.
After serving in the U.S. Army for ten years, Carr began her career at Universal in 2001. She has served in progressive roles in the credit department, inside sales, and OEM and DIST pricing. Carr was also the lead for the development of the pricing portal on my.unvlt.com.
“Janel has played an integral part in our growth and success, thanks to her involvement with the outside sales force, as well as with other associated internal departments,” said Joe Damiani, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Panasonic Lighting Americas, Inc.
