Two Lighting Industry Veterans Join Barron Lighting Group

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Barron Lighting Group announced the recent appointments of two lighting industry veterans to key roles within the organization. Joy Moyer is the new Vice President of Brand Development and Michael Goldberg is the new Northeast Regional Vice President.

Joy Moyer, Vice President of Brand Development, is responsible for product management and engineering for all four brands. This new position is designed to deliver growth through new product development and strategic partnerships and brand initiatives.

Moyer brings over twenty years of brand management experience in the electrical industry, thirteen of which she spent in the lighting market with Hubbell Lighting and Juno Lighting. She has a proven track record delivering business growth through her previous roles managing products, marketing, engineering and operations. Moyer will lead the highly capable Barron brand teams to consistently deliver customer valued products and services to the markets we serve.

Michael Goldberg, Northeast Regional Vice President, has over nineteen years in the lighting industry and was most recently the National Sales Manager at Sunshine Lighting. Prior to Sunshine Lighting, Goldberg had worked at Civilight Lighting, LumenOptix, Juno Lighting and Progress Lighting. His extensive lighting experience and knowledge of the industry from his prior industry sales roles is a tremendous asset to Barron Lighting Group. Goldberg will be responsible for leading the sales and training of the independent agencies servicing electrical distributors in the Northeast region.

Goldberg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the State University College at Oneonta and will be based out of New York.
