Northern New England’s lighting showroom, The Lighting Center at Rockingham Electric in Newington, N.H., is pleased to open a design center at 334 Forest Avenue (formerly Lighting Concepts) in Portland, Maine. The new Portland location will complement the two other Lighting Center locations in Newington and Claremont, N.H.
Under the management of Danica Jacobson, a lighting designer with 17+ years of experience in the residential design-build industry, this design center will specialize as a division of Rockingham Electric.
Jacobson is highly skilled at coordinating jobs with designers and builders – bridging the connection with her clients who appreciate her enthusiasm for finding the perfect solution with their specific lighting needs. A graduate of Cornell University, she is an active member of the Maine chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Jacobson has her Lighting Associate designation from the American Lighting Association.
With ten locations across New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and northeastern Massachusetts, Rockingham is an independent family-owned company with a proud tradition of personal service, experience, and industry knowledge of commercial and residential lighting, as well as distribution equipment.
