CLEVELAND, Ohio — Mars Electric, a leading, independent wholesale distributor of lighting, gear and electrical supplies, hosted a lighting and gear EXPO September 5th at its Mayfield Village headquarters. Over fifty manufacturers and hundreds of contractors, project managers and maintenance personnel from all over Northeast Ohio visited Mars Electric’s 108,000 square foot operation.
Guests were treated to food, drinks, thousands of dollars in prizes and entertainment while they attended OCILB certified training classes, and saw hands-on demonstrations of new lighting and switchgear products while touring Mars Electric’s central warehouse location.
“We were so honored to host our customers and manufacturing partners and provide them with the opportunity to attend training classes and see the latest in lighting and switchgear products. We’re very proud of our people who planned the EXPO and helped make it such a huge success,” said Fran Doris, CEO of Mars Electric.
“Our customers really appreciated the opportunity to attend the Lighting and Gear EXPO. It’s a great way for them to stay updated on the newest products and strengthen their relationship with our key manufacturing partners. They felt it was really worthwhile as they had a chance to attend training classes and receive CEU credits, see our VMI, wire services, and dedicated prefab center, and new products from over fifty manufacturers, all in one place,” explained Michael Mammone, Vice President of Sales.
