EYE Lighting International announced that Kristen Mallardi has joined the EYE Lighting team in the position of business development manager.
In her new role, Mallardi will be responsible for the sales and solicitation activities associated with EYE Lighting lamps and lighting systems sold to energy service companies (ESCOs) and related energy-focused end-users.
“We are excited to have Kristen join our sales team. Her depth of expertise and knowledge on the benefits of energy efficient lighting solutions will greatly benefit our customers,” said Tom Salpietra, president & COO of EYE Lighting.
Mallardi brings expertise linking energy conscious facility managers, and the companies that call on them, with lighting solutions geared toward meeting their energy and ROI goals. Her depth of knowledge of utility rebate programs can help to minimize lifecycle costs of lighting retrofit packages. She has also worked within the semiconductor industry, helping customers improve their wafer preparation process routes for LED and MEMs devices. Mallardi currently serves as vice president and program chair for the Illuminating Engineering Society Cleveland, Ohio section.
