Halco Lighting Technologies has hired Samantha Frazier to the position
of graphic designer.
Frazier’s marketing experience in the Georgia Army National Guard and in
the United States Army ranges from graphic design of literature, print and
screen advertisements, publications, annual reports, posters, banners, forms,
and flyers to copywriting press releases newsletter articles, radio spots and
other communications.
