ABB Donates $125,000 Worth of Products to IEC

MEMPHIS, Tenn.—ABB Low Voltage Products, the leading power and automation technology group, donated more than $125,000 worth of cam switches to the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC), to be used for electrical training.

“Our partnership with IEC is very important to us at ABB,” said Nancy Lindsay, market development manager at ABB Low Voltage Products. “As part of our commitment to the enrichment of the next generation of electricians, we are gifting high-quality products and relevant training materials.”

IEC is a national trade association for merit shop electrical and systems contractors. Founded in 1957, it has more than 3,000 member companies in 53 chapters throughout the United States and trains more than 8,000 electrical apprentices annually.
