Hubbardton Forge Changes Sales and Support Structure

Hubbardton Forge continues to adapt and grow as it reopens production following closures due to the pandemic.

The most recent announcement highlights changes in the company’s sales and customer support structure, with the goal of continuing “best-in-class” service. To this end, CEO Maria Mullen announced a number of changes and promotions within the organization.

“Sales is service and service is sales,” said Mullen. “As a single entity, working hand in hand, this new structure will make us stronger.

Sales and customer service will now be joined under the direction of Andrew Knapp, vice president of sales. In a continuing effort to enhance the level of customer service, new inside sales leads have been named to focus on three primary channels of business. Mac Slivka was promoted to inside sales lead—residential; Retha Boles was promoted to inside sales lead—trade; and Zach Parker assumed a new role as inside sales lead—commercial.

“Zach, Mac and Retha know their channels exceptionally well,” indicated Mullen. “We will leverage their expertise to assist our customers and grow our sales.”

Lynn Jeffrey, the company’s director of customer service, will continue to oversee the customer service/sales support teams. Amy McGuire, an 18-year veteran of Hubbardton Forge with a deep knowledge of the brand, was promoted to the newly-created position of national sales manager, overseeing residential showroom, commercial, and trade sales channels.

“As a veteran of Hubbardton Forge in multiple roles,” said Knapp, “Amy brings experience, knowledge and dedication to this new role which will be invaluable to Hubbardton Forge, to our customers and to our sales team.”

McGuire and Jeffrey will both report to Knapp.

“This new collaborative structure will support Andrew and Amy in their sales efforts, and I am confident it will result in even better service for our reps and customers,” said Mullen.
