    Man, that’s some great relationship building skills.
    Never mind the pandemic, that many accounts are struggling to even stay open, that Companies have laid off staff.
    The correct conversation would have been “I know things have been difficult last year, & I value your support in the past, so let me ask you what can I do to help you & your bottom line going forward? What would be beneficial for your company & help improve our sales together?”
